A beautiful Chinese Sheng, it’s a type of mouth organ and one of the oldest known Chinese instruments. This one is probably made in the late 19th C to early 20th C.
Provenance: Collection Arthur Alfred Biwer, 1936-2021, Luxembourg. Biwer worked for oil companies in Congo during the 1960-1970´s.
